Kirkpatrick Model eLearning Tool

Description: This simple flashcard set describes and explains the 4 levels of the Kirkpatrick Model of training evaluation. Working in Articulate Storyline 360, I set out to design an animated set of flashcards that encapsulate all the key takeaways of using the Kirkpatrick Model. The Kirkpatrick Model itself is extremely useful in instructional design theory, so making this project was also a useful review tool for myself. Flashcard interactions like this one can be dropped into any eLearning project to add a layer of user input and increase engagement with the material.
